SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES FOR SDCA CARNIVAL

Thousands of Local San Diegans will attend the San Diego Free Youth Community Carnival on July 24th. Sponsorships will help SDCA charity give back to the local community youth in a variety of ways. Each sponsor will be able to pay it forward and give to the community, but also have their message displayed to thousands of event attendees.

Sponsor a Banner, Support Kids & Community

Several community organizations such as the local police department, Politicians, and other non-profit groups will be showing support for this event. Get your business mentioned along side of well known San Diego movers and shakers by purchasing a banner or sign to advertise at the San Diego Youth Carnival. General

Rides, Games, and Admission all free to general public. Food trucks and vendor booths may come with additional cost.

Saturday, July 24th, from 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Find local parking nearby at shops or on side streets. The carnival will fill up the entire parking lot at the Jacobs center. 

All ages are allowed at the event. This event is for youth, so middle school and high school kids are encouraged to come out and enjoy the celebration. 

Raffle will be held during the event. TBD as to what prizes will be raffled off.

Yes, In order to buy more than one banner, you can add a-la-carte options to your purchase. Just add to cart and you will see the item chen you click checkout.

Not a problem… If you want to support and don’t have a business, then you can choose from a list of local business that have been impacted negatively by COVID-19. 

We are running a random drawing, where one business will be featured for free! It’s easy to submit your business, just send us a short video telling us about your community involvement

Rules are in compliance with local laws. As the event is outside, masks are likely not mandatory for everyone, but please bring one in case. Social Distancing While waiting in lines is encouraged.

Sponsors

The easiest way to become a sponsor is to RSVP at this link: https://icestormmarketing.com/sponshorship, to apply, and choose the sponsorship package that is best for you.

Local businesses, entrepreneuers, or invdividuals who support charity can become a sponsor.

If you sent us your logo, then all you need to do Is sit back and relax. We will reach out to you when your company profile is on the website, and for cross promotion as the event draws closer. 

No, being a sponsor does not require you to be present at the event.

As we said before, you can choose a local company to donate your sponsorship towards. Let’s work together by giving opportunities to local businesses that have been hit hard by the recession. 

Vendors will get a space to set up a table or booth. Space is limited to apply today. Vendors must have a license.

Vendors can serve food but must have a valid license to do so. 

Sign up to our list of volunteers to reserve your spot, simply RSVP above to let us know you want to help.

Volunteers will assist with set up, help guests find parking, and ensure a quality experience for everyone.

Terms And Conditions For SDCA CARNIVAL

This sponsorship agreement is between ICE STORM MARETING and You, (the “Sponsor”).


ICE STORM MARKETING is engaged in acquiring sponsorships for the San Diego Community Assist Organization to support the San Diego Youth Carnival featuring carnival rides, midway games, food trucks and entertainment on 07/24/2021 and located at 404 Euclid Avenue, San Diego, CA, 92114.


The “Sponsor” wishes to sponsor the Event by providing financial support (“the Sponsorship”) in exchange for certain media and/or banner advertising.


ICE STORM MARKETING and “Sponsor” agree as follows:


Logos/artwork should be submitted in high resolution the following formats:  JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, Illustrator, Publisher, DOCX, DOC.


ICE STORM MARKETING and the SAN DIEGO COMMUNITY ASSIST reserves the right to promote your company before/during/after to include in social media, video, photos and press.


ICE STORM MARKETING will provide an on-site picture of displayed banner to confirm placement 5 – 10 business days following the event.


All fees are due upon receipt of invoice.  No refunds, no returns and all sales are final.
